Google document is a web based, free alternative of Microsoft office excel and word. Applications as included in Google documents are spreadsheet, word processor, form and presentation. The best thing about Google docs is that you can edit or create various documents using internet and collaborate it with other users easily, whether they are located near to you or are located in some other location, in real time. Another great benefit that Google document provide is that you need not save your work in your systems hard drive. They are directly saved in Google’s server. You can export them or even email them from your web server. However, if you want them to be saved at your hard drive, you can do so in a variety of available formats including HTML, PDF, Text, word and others.
