Certificate-Based Encryption
This is a system which is used by a certificate authority to produce a certificate using the ID-based cryptography. The end product of such certification is usually an implicit or even explicit product of the certification process. The certificate in this case can be used as a usual certificate like signature and the like, and still be used to crack the same certificate.

For instance, the first person can crack a message using that person’s public key and identity; this essentially describes a situation where a person is unable to crack the message without a valid certificate and the right user’s key which has to be authentic.
