Google's idea of going twitter

Due to massive inflow of real-time news and data twitter has become greatly popular.As per google's habit of merging with something revolutionary google is trying to pursue either of two options, discussing with twitter to obtain special previliges so that data can be accessed and indexed as soon as it is updated on twitter or create a new twitter like service.If google creates a twitter like service it will sound the death knell of twitter since twitter has a lot of issues and flaws regarding it's search.It will be somewhat similar to what microsoft did to netscape decades back.

But if google is able to help with twitter in it's search in return for access for privileged data for quicker indexing it will be mutually beneficial to google and twitter.Also that twitter updates will be constantly available on google results and google can cash a lot by running ads in twitter.Right now talks are on between twitter and google.Depending on the results on the talks the next steps will be decided.
