Bing, the latest search engine adventure by microsoft in reply to google has a few positive points.

It has a country specific search priority like google.Bettering google it also complies with each countries monitoring policy like not allowing banned content in specific countries.

Another important thign that can be of use to monitoring and content blockers is that all explicit content like porn,etc come from a domain 'explicit.bing.com'.So, instead of wasting lot of manual efforts in trying to get blacklisted sites and updating them continously blocking contents from explicit.bing.com simply stops sensual content from passing through.Though a lot depends on how many people use bing when google is there.

Though bing has a number of brownie points over windows live search and microsoft has put in lot of efforts into bing it will be a tough time to gain back the market lost to google which is increasing it's share of web search day by day and with increasing continued interlinking between all of it's products bing stands a tough chance.
